Shelly Sutton Shelly completed her training to become a certified Massage Therapist at Capri College of Massage Therapy, located in Dubuque,IA. While she attended school she mastered the Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Pre-natal Massage, and also Ear Candling. She also offers Hot Stone Therapy, Aqua-Chi, and many spa packages which include, various mud baths, dry and herbal wraps, facials, and salt scrubs or glows. All of these therapies help to relax, purify and detoxify your body so it can be at a healthier state once again. Shelly is also Nationally Certified and certified in CPR and First Aid. Shelly also offers Watsu. This is a very relaxing and nurturing therapy which is done in the amazing water at the hotsprings. It allows the body to unwind, relax and go into a meditative state, allowing Shelly to do stretching and bodywork while working with the flow of the water. Shelly's approach towards a massage can be aggressive if you would like, but she tends to put her clients to sleep with her soothing touch.
