All accommodations include use of the Hot Springs Soaking Pools & Sauna.

Please bring robes, flashlights and appropriate
footwear for the pool area.
 There are no TV's, phones or air conditioning in
any rooms or cabins, by design.
Your staying with us is very important to us as it
allows us to continuously improve our facility, and makes our progress
as a healing center possible.
For the comfort and relaxation
of all of our guest, there is NO alcohol use allowed on these premises.
Lodging Room Rates
The lodge rooms include use of our natural hot springs pools & dry sauna. Rooms have private bathrooms and one king or two double beds. Our hot springs pools are available all night for cabin and lodge guests.
We do not have
private hot tubs in any of the rooms.
ONLY the cabins have private soaking pools!
Rooms with two double beds:
Sunday - Thursday - $97/night for two people
Friday, Saturday and holidays- $107/night for two people
Rooms with one king bed: (incl microwave & refrigerator)
Sunday - Thursday - $102/night for two people
Friday, Saturday and holidays - $112/night for two people
Additional
adult occupants in room $25 each per night
Children (0-16 years old) $15 each per night
We require a 2 night minimum
stay during the holidays and weekends.

 Creek side Cabin Rates
Each rustic cabin features its own private hot springs soaking pool. All cabins are equipped with full kitchens
and private bathrooms. All linens are provided. There is a two night minimum stay required year round.
Cabin 1 -- $165/night for two people
(One room cabin with a king bed)
Cabin 2 -- $215/night for six people
(2 bedroom cabin with 3 double beds)
 Cabin 3 -- $185/night for four people
(1 bedroom cabin with 2 double beds)
Cabin 4 -- $250/night for eight people
(3 bedroom house with 2 double & 2 queen beds)

Dorm Rates
Our coed dormitory consists of three double beds, three single beds, a full kitchen and bathroom. (Sleeps up to 9 people)
Sunday - Thursday:
$35 per person/$50 per couple for one bed
Friday, Saturday and holidays:
$45 per person/$65 per couple for one bed
Reserve the entire dorm for $225 per night for up to 8 people.
Tent Site Rates
  
We have four primitive tent sites. Fire pits are allowed as long as there are no current fire bans or restrictions. If you have a dog, you are asked to please pick up after them.
$25 per person, includes pool access. There are no RV hookups in our tent sites.
"The Havens" Cabin Rates
The Havens is a peaceful and private cabin less than a quarter mile from Cottonwood Hot Springs. The property is beautiful and secluded with a cabin on the creek, a truly special place!
The Havens has two bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen and bathroom, living room, dining area and a wood burning stove. Includes pool access as well as access to the private hot tubs. All linens are included.
$175 per night for 2 people
$210 per night for 4 people

RESERVATIONS: A credit card is required to make a reservation, otherwise a 50% deposit by check or money order is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy is 72 hours notice. We ask 30 days notice for extended stays, holidays or if several rooms are reserved. A cancellation fee is equal to first night's
reservation. If you do not show up for your reservations, the full amount of the lodging (and massages, if any were booked) will be charged to the credit card on file.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 pm
Guests who arrive before check in time may enjoy the pools and sauna.
We do not guarantee rooms will be available until 4:00 pm.
CHECK-OUT: 1:00 pm
PET POLICY: No pets are allowed in any of the lodge rooms. Dogs are allowed in cabins
only for $10 small dog, $15 med-large dog (per dog per night). Dogs must
be well behaved and on a leash at all times. Do not leave any dogs unattended.
By design, there are NO PHONES, NO TELEVISION and NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms or cabins. Guest may use the pay phone, TV-VCR/DVD, and library in the
main lodge. We also have free wi-fi.
We offer coffee and light breakfast in the morning.
We do not have a dining facility on site, however the town of Buena Vista has several restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive from Cottonwood Hot Springs.
